Job summary

Enercon seeks a detail-focused Project Analyst to support project success by compiling cost data, tracking financial health, and ensuring compliance with budgets and contracts. You will work with Project Managers and cross-functional teams from project setup through KPI and sales tracking to keep complex financials aligned with Enercon and client expectations.

You will translate proposal estimates into project budgets, monitor status and rev rec, and prepare client and internal reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business/finance or related field.
Typically 3 years of experience in business or project analytics, project controls, or a similar support role.
Demonstrated financial aptitude and ability to balance competing priorities.
Strong organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

Set up projects in ERP, including cost estimates, budgets, and billing setups in accordance with policies.
Monitor project status and KPIs to assess revenue and contribution margins.
Assist with resource planning, project staffing, and budget impact analysis.
Enter and track sales opportunities in a CRM for revenue forecasting and alignment with PMs.
Lead bi-monthly prebill reviews and ensure accurate labor/expense billing.
Cross-reference contracts with POs to ensure compliance and support documentation workflows.
Collaborate with Project Managers and Accounting to ensure data integrity and timely reporting.
