Job summary

Social Capital Resources is seeking a Project Finance Middle Office VP for a permanent role in Midtown, Manhattan. You will support a portfolio of corporate and structured finance agency roles and coordinate funding with multiple institutions.

Responsibilities include monitoring closings, borrower deliverables, guarantees, and collateral, plus interfacing with Front/Back Office, Legal, and Credit Risk. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in middle office and specific project finance experience in

Qualifications

• 7+ years working in a middle office role within Project Finance.
• Experience in Project Finance - Real Estate (Corporate, Retail, Lodging/Gaming) and Transportation (Aviation and Rail).

Responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of Corporate and Structured Finance Agency roles.
• Assist on closings and CPs monitoring.
• Coordinate funding with multiple institutions.
• Track and evaluate borrower deliverables (covenants, UCCs, insurance, etc.).
• Monitor guarantees and collateral.
• Review and distribute borrower reporting (financials, construction and operation reports).
• Interface with Front Office, Back-Office, Legal, Credit Risk, etc.
• Evaluate CPs for draws, payments, distributions, etc.
• Participate in bank meetings and conference calls.
• Interact with lenders, counsels, independent engineers, and other industry experts.
• Assist in waiver and amendment processes.
• Manage a portfolio of participant transactions.
• Maintain up-to-date data in proprietary software, control and monitor portfolio.
