Social Capital Resources is assisting a top-tier bank in Midtown Manhattan to recruit a Project Finance Middle Office VP on a permanent basis. The role focuses on supporting a portfolio of Corporate and Structured Finance Agency deals, coordinating closings, monitoring covenants, and interfacing with Front Office, Legal and Credit Risk.

Candidates bring 7+ years in a middle office within Project Finance, with experience in Real Estate (Corporate, Retail, Lodging/Gaming) and Transportation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a middle office role within Project Finance.
• Experience in Project Finance - Real Estate (Corporate, Retail, Lodging/Gaming) and Transportation (Aviation, Rail).

Responsibilities

• Support role for a portfolio of Corporate and Structured Finance Agency roles.
• Assist on closings / CPs monitoring.
• Coordinate funding with multiple institutions.
• Track and evaluate borrower deliverables (covenants, UCC's, insurance, etc.).
• Monitor guarantees and collateral.
• Review and distribute borrower reporting such as financials, construction and operation reports.
• Interface with Front Office, Back-Office, Legal, Credit Risk, etc.
• Evaluate CP's for draws, payments, distributions, etc.
• Participate in bank meetings / conference calls.
• Interact with lenders, counsels, independent engineers, and other industry experts.
• Assist in waiver and amendment processes.
• Manage a portfolio of participant transactions.
• Maintain up to date data in proprietary software, control and monitor portfolio.
