Responsibilities

Set up and maintain projects in Unanet.
Review proposals and contracts for proper billing procedures.
Bill projects timely and accurately; manage accounts receivable and collections.
Assist with month-end close and cash receipts, AP, and expense reporting.
Monitor unbilled job costs and WIP balances.
Produce regular project data reports and support studio meetings.
