Job summary

WSP is seeking an Integrations & Training Specialist to develop and deliver training for Project Finance transformations, ERP implementations, and process improvements. You will collaborate with Finance, IT, and OC&M teams to ensure readiness, documentation, and effective change adoption.

The ideal candidate has accounting experience, strong analytical and writing skills, and the ability to translate complex processes into end-user guidance. Occasional travel may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or closely-related discipline.
• 5–7 years of relevant post-education experience in accounting, project contracts, and change management documents.
• Proficient knowledge of project accounting principles and their application to project work-related issues.
• Ability to perform technical computations and analyses applying accounting principles to contracts and regulations.
• Ability to coordinate with stakeholders and understand contract requirements, scope and schedule.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for accounting and non-accounting audiences.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, data sorting/filtering, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and deliver Project Finance training programs and materials.
• Facilitate classroom, virtual, and workshop-based training sessions.
• Coordinate training, readiness, documentation, and stakeholder support for finance transformations and ERP implementations.
• Identify business needs with stakeholders and support successful system/process adoption.
• Assist with acquisition onboarding activities and data conversion efforts into Project Finance.
• Maintain and update process documentation, SOPs, maps, QRGs, and knowledge articles.
