Qualifications

• Relevant financial or accounting experience (preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Understanding of financial practices and GAAP (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the financial gatekeeper for project revenues, costs, and margins.
• Provide project finance support, oversight, and analysis to local offices and the region.
• Ensure proper project setup in line with GAAP and finance guidelines.
• Review forecasts and revenue recognition; enter final forecasts into ERP.
• Manage client invoicing and ensure timely collections with project teams.
• Monitor project labor, expenses, and budget variances; advise on risk reserves.
• Track and audit travel expenses; ensure policy compliance.
• Support month-end close, audits, and financial trend analysis.
