Paradigm Enterprises, Inc. seeks a Staff Accountant to manage daily financials and reporting. You will partner with project controls and operations to deliver timely, accurate information to stakeholders across the organization.

The role offers growth toward a Manager position, reporting to the VP of Finance, Renewables, with exposure to project-based accounting and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, CPA preferred but not required.
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting or public accounting.
• Technical knowledge of US GAAP and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Deltek CostPoint, PowerBI, Power Query or InEight preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Revenue recognition analysis and project set up.
• Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and financial reporting packages.
• Assist with 5-year plan and quarterly forecast updates.
• Ensure transactions are recorded and reported per US GAAP.
• Collaborate with project controls and shared services to optimize processes.
