Qualifications

• 8+ years in commercial banking or finance with credit, tax equity and infrastructure/energy project finance.
• MBA or engineering/technical degree plus MBA is preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills; ability to review complex transaction docs.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ credit needs with relationship management to craft solutions.
• Lead loan structuring discussions; negotiate loan docs with clients and legal partners.
• Drive credit and risk approvals for new originations, renewals and modifications.
• Mentor and support junior associates on credit processes.
• Support underwriting and documentation of project finance and other facilities; align with risk/return objectives.
• Perform financial, industry, and counterparty analyses to support underwriting decisions.
• Monitor client performance and identify issues or opportunities.
