A leading global firm is building its energy and infrastructure finance practice in New York from the ground up. This is the first hire. The most important one. The associate who takes this role will have a hand in shaping how the group operates, who it works with, and where it goes.

Responsibilities

• Be the first hire in the New York energy and infrastructure finance practice and contribute to shaping how the group operates, who it works with, and its strategic direction.
• Engage on multi-billion dollar financings related to LNG terminals, utility-scale renewables, and data centre projects, alongside banks, private credit funds, and export credit agencies.

Qualifications

• You are 3rd year or above.
• You are at a BigLaw firm.
• Your academics are exceptional.
• You have genuine project, energy or infrastructure finance experience and the ambition to match it.
