Qualifications

• 2+ years of finance experience, with candidates from the Class of 2023 and above encouraged to apply.
• Experience in project finance, energy, natural resources, infrastructure and/or private equity strongly preferred.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Previous experience at a top-tier U.S. or international law firm preferred.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on sophisticated domestic and international project finance transactions.
• Work on transactions involving energy, infrastructure, natural resources and private equity investments.
• Draft and negotiate complex financing and transaction documents.
• Advise sponsors, developers, investors, lenders and other stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Collaborate with lawyers across multiple practice areas and jurisdictions on complex, high-value matters.
• Take increasing responsibility for client relationships, transaction management and matter strategy as seniority increases.
• Work on market-leading transactions with significant commercial and strategic importance.
