Job summary

Siemens Energy seeks a Financial Analyst Project Execution within the Global Customer Operations group to provide dedicated financial support for projects transitioning to the delivery phase under the Transportation Cost+ concept. You will work closely with Commercial Project Managers to monitor costs, support invoicing, and maintain accurate financial records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years in financial analysis or project accounting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with CPM collaboration.
• Experience with accounting systems/ERP; SAP preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial support to Commercial Project Managers (CPMs) for financial data, policies, and project administration.
• Support Transportation Cost+ related responsibilities during delivery phase with standardized processes and controls.
• Monitor project costs against budgets/forecasts focusing on transportation and delivery expenses; identify variances, risks, and opportunities.
• Assist invoicing and collections, coordinating with CPMs and project teams for timely billing.
• Prepare and maintain project financial reporting, schedules, ledgers, reconciliations, and forecasts for management reviews.
