Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, project finance, FP&A, or related area preferred.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reconciliation, and variance analysis.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the financial performance of client engagements, including revenue and costs.
• Support budgeting and forecasting for projects and organization.
• Reconcile financial information across accounting, project, and operational reporting sources.
• Identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities in financial data.
• Develop recommendations to improve profitability and resource allocation.
