Job summary

Entrega, a leader in Technology Services & Solutions Delivery, seeks a Finance Manager to lead budgeting and forecasting across active projects. Based in Troy, MI, you will drive financial analysis, project profitability, and the evolution of our project finance processes on the Finance Team.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting, leveraging advanced financial modeling to optimize labor costs, utilization, and bill rates across client engagements.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of progressive experience in project finance, FP&A, financial analysis, finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience managing the financial performance of projects, client engagements, business units, or service portfolios.
• Understanding of project finance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls.
• Understanding of the financial drivers of professional services businesses, including revenue, labor costs, utilization, bill rates, staffing, and project profitability.
• Advanced analytical and financial modeling capabilities with the ability to evaluate complex financial and operational information.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• Professional Services industry experience is preferred.
