Qualifications

• Knowledge of project finance/cost controls and GAAP/revenue recognition.
• Proficiency with Excel and enterprise reporting/project management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial guidance across the project lifecycle, focusing on budgets, profitability, cash flow, and contract compliance.
• Model gross margin scenarios and advise on revenue and cash performance improvements.
• Review and ensure timely invoice approval and payment applications per client terms; resolve billing discrepancies.
• Forecast and monitor estimate-at-completion (EAC) and changes to cost accounts; manage change orders.
• Prepare and analyze standard/ad hoc reports to identify cost overruns and variances; escalate as needed.
