Job summary

Highland Electric Fleets in Beverly, MA is seeking a Project Finance Analyst to underwrite and model equipment service agreements and financings, including debt, lease and tax credits. You will collaborate with internal and external teams to meet transaction deadlines and manage day-to-day execution.

The role requires a proactive finance professional with strong Excel modeling, experience in project finance, and the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Infrastructure, Transportation, or Renewables/Power, finance, or capital markets.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Experience with AI productivity tools to support workflows.
• Experience in project finance, asset-backed finance, M&A, investment banking, municipal finance, or related fields.
• Understanding of return metrics (NPV, IRR, MOIC).
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Ability to present complex information succinctly to internal and external audiences.
• High attention to detail.
