Job summary

AVANCEON Group in the United States is seeking an Account Payable / Account Manager, Client Finance to oversee the financial management of client projects, support accurate reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management. You will partner with project managers and senior stakeholders to drive contract compliance, financial integrity, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum concentration in accounting, finance or business.
• 4+ years of relevant accounting/finance experience including 1-2 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly project accounting and lead status meetings with project managers.
• Review and reconcile contracts, assess milestones, and ensure accurate project setup.
• Report and present project financials to leads and stakeholders; ensure GAAP compliance.
• Set up new clients in accounting systems, map employees to billable rates, review MSAs for rebates and discounts.
• Manage intercompany revenue/cost transactions and update shared financial trackers.
• Oversee interco contract execution, cost allocations, and project scope changes with finance teams.
• Manage project revenues, ensure contract compliance, and track out-of-period revenue.
• Lead month-end close activities and mentor junior staff; collaborate with FP&A.
