Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive construction experience with significant leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Strong background in cost control, forecasting, and financial management.

• Provide executive-level leadership for structural concrete projects.
• Oversee multiple projects and Project Managers.
• Drive cost control, forecasting, and financial performance across projects.
• Champion continuous improvement through Lessons Learned and Process Enhancements.
