Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant construction experience, preferably in concrete construction.
• Understanding of construction industry practices, standards, and safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and distribute contract documents, addenda, field orders, RFIs, and RFPs.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for compliance with contract specifications.
• Coordinate RFIs among architects and contractors.
