Job summary

Tribble Electric in Richmond, VA seeks a Project Executive to provide executive leadership for the Electrical Operations team and drive successful, safe project execution across multiple sites.

You will own project profitability, forecasting, and client relations, mentor PMs and staff, and partner with field leadership to align resources, schedules and budgets with Tribble Electric's DNA of Passion, Trust, Courage and Respect.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of electrical construction experience.
• Five or more years leading Project Managers or Operations teams.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple large commercial or industrial projects simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and construction management software.
• Virginia driver’s license with positive points on state driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers and project staff.
• Provide executive oversight for multiple electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget and at or above target profits.
• Own overall financial performance including forecasting, labor productivity, cash flow, change orders and collections.
• Coordinate with field leadership to align manpower, equipment and material resources.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, contractors, owners and design partners.
• Support business development efforts and participate in strategic growth planning.
• Ensure all projects meet Tribble Electric quality standards.
• Promote a culture of accountability, communication and continuous improvement.
• Drive OSHA compliance and enforce safety policies.

The Project Executive provides executive leadership for Tribble Electric's Electrical Operations team and is responsible for the successful execution of multiple projects while achieving outstanding safety, financial, operational and customer satisfaction results.
