Strata Executive in the Lowcountry seeks a seasoned Project Executive to lead multiple commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing PMs and field leadership. You will be the primary contact for owners, architects, and key trade partners.

You will manage project financials, schedule, safety, and quality across your portfolio while contributing to pursuits and growing repeat business in the Charleston/Southeast market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience with a GC.
• Proven track record delivering large, complex commercial projects.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing multiple projects.
• Established relationships in the Charleston or Southeast market.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

You'll lead multiple commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing Project Managers and field leadership while serving as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and key trade partners. You'll be accountable for project financials, schedule, safety, and quality across your portfolio, and you'll play an active part in pursuits, proposals, and growing repeat business in the Lowcountry market.

• Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers and project teams
• Own P&L, forecasting, cost control, and contract negotiations
• Build and maintain strong owner, architect, and developer relationships
• Support business development, interviews, and preconstruction efforts
• Drive a strong safety culture and consistent delivery standards

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience with a GC, including time as a Senior PM or Project Executive
• Proven track record delivering large, complex commercial projects
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing multiple projects at once
• Established relationships in the Charleston or Southeast market preferred
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
