Job summary

MCL Construction is seeking a seasoned Project Executive to lead multiple complex commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout in Omaha, NE. You will ensure safety, quality, schedule adherence, and financial performance while strengthening client partnerships.

You will mentor Project Managers and teams, drive pursuit strategies, and collaborate across the company to shape growth and deliver outstanding results for clients and communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline is required.
• Experience leading multiple complex commercial projects with ownership of safety, schedule, and cost.
• Strong ability to mentor Project Managers and project teams.

The Skills Behind The Build

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience, including 5+ years as a Project Manager with a general contractor.
• Proven experience leading multiple complex commercial projects with accountability for financial performance, teams, risk, and client relationships.
• Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, cost control, resource planning, and operational performance.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers and project teams.
• Strong track record of building client relationships that generate repeat business.
• Experience leading pursuit strategy, proposals, client presentations, and project interviews.
• Experience with CMAR, Design-Build, GMP, or other integrated project delivery methods.
• Healthcare, mission critical/data center, federal, education, or other technically complex commercial project experience is highly valued.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline required.
