Job summary

Winter Construction is seeking a Project Executive to lead designated commercial construction projects from our Atlanta office in Chamblee, GA. This role focuses on delivering projects that meet established goals while guiding the project team and collaborating with our business development efforts in hospitality.

The Project Executive will oversee multiple project teams, drive preconstruction activities, and contribute to the growth of Winter Construction within the Southeast market.

• Experience managing commercial construction projects with a General Contractor.
• Background overseeing multiple project teams simultaneously on structures $20MM+ in the southeastern United States.
• Experience leading business development efforts in hospitality market through networking and project pursuit strategy.

This role is responsible for effectively managing and providing strong leadership for designated projects and ensuring their overall success in meeting established goals and objectives. Project Executives lead or participate in designated business development and preconstruction activities.

The Project Executive role is based out of our Atlanta Office in Chamblee, GA.
