Job summary

DPR Construction in Burlington, TX is seeking a Project Executive to provide senior execution leadership for mid-size to large projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in construction project management or operations are required.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads execution of multiple mid-size projects or a large project, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives.
• Directs and supports project managers and project teams on complex execution challenges and decision-making.
• Escalation point for significant project risks, client concerns, contractual matters, and performance issues.
• Oversees project financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, cost controls, contract administration, and risk management strategies.
• Partners with superintendents and safety leadership to reinforce field presence and disciplined high-risk activity planning and execution.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, designers, support resources, and key trade partners to support collaboration and repeat work.
• Mentors and develops project leaders by providing coaching, performance feedback, and guidance on development and training plans.
