As a Project Executive (PX), the incumbent is fully responsible for achieving project’s goals as set by ownership. This includes fully understanding the client’s expectations, developing a win strategy, and coordinating with the operations team. The PX will lead and manage a large, technically challenging, or multiple projects at a time. The incumbent will be responsible for reporting project metrics and risk factors to management. PXs are also responsible for providing service to the team at a level where mistakes pose a significant risk to Truebeck.
Range of base pay is $250,000 - $300,000
The incumbent typically works in a construction environment where duties will be performed indoors and outdoors. While performing the duties of this Job, the incumbent is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; outside weather conditions; extreme cold and extreme heat. The employee is occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals; risk of electrical shock and risk of vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to very loud. Overtime may be required to meet project deadlines. The employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, operate a computer keyboard, mouse and other business machines; reach and bend with arms and hands; use eyes to see close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and to adjust focus; climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; stand, walk, talk, and hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
