Qualifications

• 12-14 years of construction experience.
• 1-3 years Project Executive experience.
• 10-15 years Project Management experience.
• Tenant Improvement - Class A Office Space Experience.
• Book of Business - Brokers, Landlords.
• Proven mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Project Managers on multiple projects.
• Represent the company when working with project owners.
• Develop and maintain relationships with owners, brokers, and landlords.
• Mentor and train project managers to grow their experience.

Insight Global is looking for a skilled Project Executive that has experience in Tenant Improvement. This individual will be leading and supporting Project Managers on multiple different projects at a time. This individual will be representing the company when working with the owner of the project. This Individual should have a book of business and relationships developed with Owners, Brokers, and Landlords. This individual will be guiding project managers under them and training them to grow in experience.
