Job summary

Jobot seeks a Construction Project Executive for our Philadelphia office with extensive experience in commercial construction or large multifamily projects. The role oversees budgets, negotiates with subcontractors, and leads multiple project teams on projects valued from $5M to $50M.

• Experience managing project budgets and overseeing multiple project teams.
• Ability to perform annual reviews and train management staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgets and project performance for multiple projects.
• Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers; review subcontracts and markups.
• Report progress regularly to clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Pre-Construction staff to advise on scope coverage.

Job Details

• 10+ years of experience
• Well versed in Procore of similar construction software
• Experience with project budgets and overseeing multiple project teams
• Ability to perform annual reviews and train and improve management staff
• Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers, review subcontractor agreements and mark ups
• Reporting regularly on job progress to client and stakeholders
• Work along side Pre-Construction staff to advise on issues and ensure scope coverage
