Job summary

Southland Industries in Philadelphia is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead a large project team or multiple projects, acting as the primary point of contact for the project group and coordinating across engineering, operations, and client teams.

You will deliver status updates to clients and leadership, nurture solid client relationships, pursue revenue opportunities, develop and implement strategies, and oversee budgets, cost projections, and change orders while guiding meetings and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years experience with at least 5 years in people management.
• Mastery knowledge of systems design (HVAC, plumbing, etc.) and design engineering aspects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with all levels of employees, clients, and general contractors.
• Strong leadership skills and track record of leading large teams.
• Proven public speaking ability.
• Strong computer skills including CADD, ERP and Microsoft Office.
