Oculus Group, a Chicago-based general contractor, seeks a Project Executive to lead business development and oversee construction projects in the Food & Beverage and industrial sectors.

You will manage large-scale ground-up construction, cold storage facilities, renovations, and expansions, while guiding project teams, budgets, and risk to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of construction industry experience.
• Experience in Food & Beverage, cold storage, or industrial construction.
• Proven business development experience with a strong book of business.
• Background in ground-up construction and major renovations.
• Experience managing large-scale projects and construction teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction operations, financial management, and contract negotiations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
