Job summary

Raise Consulting seeks a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead and mentor cross-functional project teams in a demanding construction portfolio. You will oversee schedules, budgets, contracts, and risk, while guiding project leadership toward successful delivery.

You will build strong client relationships and ensure quality, safety, and performance across healthcare, life sciences, and office renovation projects in a dynamic Los Angeles market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience, including 5+ years as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.
• Healthcare/HCAI, Life Sciences, Higher Education, and Office Improvement experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft Project.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level leadership and oversight across multiple project teams and active projects.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers, Project Engineers, and other project leadership.
• Maintain understanding of scope, schedules, budgets, contracts, and delivery strategies.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, billings, change management, and cost control.
• Review project reporting, financial performance, schedules, and key risks with ownership and executive leadership.
• Partner with Project Managers and Superintendents to keep projects on schedule and address issues proactively.
• Set priorities, allocate resources, and drive successful project execution across the portfolio.
• Build and maintain client relationships that support repeat business and growth.

• Advanced knowledge of commercial construction, contracts, insurance, risk management, and project controls
• Strong understanding of estimating, budgeting, forecasting, billing, and change management
• Proven ability to lead safety, quality, and production across multiple projects
• Strong plan, specification, and code interpretation skills
• Experience developing client relationships and supporting business development and project pursuits
