A well-established commercial GC with more than 100 years in business is seeking an experienced Project Executive to support significant growth throughout Delaware.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Project Managers and project teams
• Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and overall project performance
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and trade partners
• Partner with preconstruction and operations from early planning through closeout
• Support business development and repeat-client relationships
