Job summary

The Encompass Group is seeking a Project Executive to lead construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring high quality, profitability, and on-time delivery while championing safety and company policies.

You will direct project teams, manage client communications, support business and strategy efforts to drive growth, and participate in hiring and performance evaluations with executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or 2–4+ years of relevant construction management experience.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; working knowledge of Prolog; familiarity with scheduling software (Primavera or SureTrak).
• Strong leadership, analytical problem-solving, negotiation, contract management and communication skills.

Job description

As a Project Executive, you will lead construction projects from inception to completion—ensuring high quality, profitability, and timely delivery while championing safety and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Project & Team Leadership: Oversee operational execution, manage client/contractor communications, and resolve contract issues. Direct, mentor, and evaluate Project Managers and project teams.
• Business & Strategy: Support customer relations, sales, and marketing efforts to drive growth.
• Talent Management: Participate in hiring, training, workload distribution, and performance evaluations in coordination with executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or 2–4+ years of relevant construction management experience (or equivalent combination).
• Software Proficiency: Intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel; proficiency in Prolog; knowledge of scheduling software (Primavera or SureTrak preferred).
• Core Competencies: Strong leadership, analytical problem-solving, negotiation, contract management, and verbal/written presentation skills.
