Job description

Overview:
Our client is an established full service design build mechanical contractor that is currently seeking a Project Executive to join their growing team within the San Jose, California market.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage manpower, project coordination, technical advice, safety practices, quality control, and organization for plumbing and HVAC projects
  • project management of design build / design assist
• Participate in preliminary job/safety walk , billing , and cost to complete meetings
• Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with specifications, drawings, building and safety codes
• Provide cost proposals, engineering and budgeting as necessary
• Develop constructive and long lasting relationships with general contractors, and customers.
• Develop and lead effective teams

Education Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Construction

Experience Qualifications:

• 5+ years of onsite / industry experience
• Must have demonstrated ability to manage multiple HVAC and purity piping and controls projects
• Ability to work and travel to and from site
