Position Overview: Project Executive

The Project Executive is responsible for overseeing all assigned projects, ensuring the achievement of revenue objectives, and maintaining professional relationships with clients. The role involves developing effective strategies to meet business goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading the company's safety culture and promoting an injury-free environment through personal actions and mentoring.
• Assisting senior management in strategy development and supporting company-wide initiatives, best practices, and policies.
• Acting as the primary client relationship executive, demonstrating deep knowledge of client needs through business development tactics.
• Participating in sales processes, presentations, and marketing activities. Developing strategies to maximize margin and revenue, and leading contract review and negotiations.
• Resolving escalated issues related to projects, staffing, finances, schedules, contracts, subcontractors, and client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Building long-term partnerships with subcontractors and leading the selection process to achieve project goals.
• Leading internal teams and collaborating with external partners to develop contractual obligations, estimates, schedules, staffing plans, and business plans.
• Overseeing project reviews to ensure contractual obligations are met and team members are accountable.
• Ensuring staffing levels are adequate relative to project commitments and schedules.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• Industry knowledge relevant to construction management.
• Strong commitment to safety, believing all accidents are preventable.
• Excellent communication skills to align projects across internal teams and external partners, including engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Experience with CII best practices.
• Knowledge of planning and scheduling processes.
• Minimum of 20 years of construction management experience.
• Minimum of 15 years of people management experience.
