Brindley Engineering Corporation in Houston, TX is seeking a detail-oriented estimator to develop TIC estimates for small capital projects (typically up to $15 million) and to prepare basis of estimates, coordinating with project teams and clients for review.

You will collaborate with project managers and discipline engineers, with opportunities to expand skills in cost controls, scheduling, and procurement, using strong Excel and scheduling software such as P6 or MS Projects.

Qualifikationen

• Associates Degree or higher required or preferred.
• Experience: minimum 5 years.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Familiar with scheduling methods and software such as P6 and MS Projects.

Aufgaben

• Develop TIC estimates for small capital projects (typically up to 15 million).
• Develop basis of estimates for small capital projects.
• Coordinate and present directly to Project Team, Project Managers & Client for review.
• Ability to coordinate and organize multiple sources of engineering inputs into a project estimating deliverables.
• Participate in estimate kickoff, internal and external review meetings.
• Interest in developing supplemental project services skillsets (cost controls, scheduling, etc.).
