Job summary

Brice Highway LLC seeks a Chief Estimator to lead the estimating team in Houston, TX, overseeing bid development, cost data, and standard methods for all projects. You will collaborate with senior managers to finalize processes, manage bid libraries, and ensure accurate, timely estimates across transportation and utility construction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Construction Management, strong budgeting and communication skills, and travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar degree required.
• Ability to pass drug, driving and background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee analysis of past performance on projects and establish estimating standards for all future estimates.
• Review bid packages, deliverables, budget tracking tools, and cost data.
• Coordinate with Operations and Marketing on technical proposal requirements.
