Job summary

SERVPRO of Hardin/LaRue Counties is seeking a Project Estimator in Kentucky to manage bid and pricing processes, ensuring accurate scope and high-quality service for customers and providers. The role includes sales of additional services and upgrades on projects.

The ideal candidate brings experience in estimating and/or insurance adjusting, proficiency with Xactimate, and strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and teams.

Qualifications

• Proficient use of Xactimate estimating software.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• 2 years previous estimating and/or insurance adjusting experience.
• Ability to read, write, and speak the English language clearly.
• Multi- or Bi-lingual language skills preferred but not required.
• Detail oriented with emphasis on project management and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provides detailed, line-item scope and estimate for items within the project.
• Identifies general project requirements and constraints to bring the scope back to pre-loss conditions.
• Divides project into sections to make the scope more manageable.
• Documents dimensions, diagrams, and images of each room or section.
