Job summary

Lithko Contracting, LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK. You will develop accurate estimates and manage administrative project aspects, ensuring cost control and timely communication.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, 5+ years in project management/estimating for concrete contractors, and a Bachelor’s degree in CM or Engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management and estimating for a large scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Self-perform experience of concrete is required.
• Experience with a variety of project types with emphasis on Commercial/Industrial concrete.
• Knowledge of construction principles/practices required with experience on projects over 1 million dollars.
• Previous experience with performing estimates, submitting bids, and generating proposals.

Responsibilities

• Perform a detailed and accurate estimate for a potential project.
• Identify and quantify concrete scope items and help develop a big project strategy.
• Generate a customer proposal and preliminary schedule.
• Perform job setup for the project including contract review, cost codes, and preliminary budget.
• Generate and communicate correct and timely project information.
• Create the preliminary schedule for the project.
• Organize log set up for MPOs and POs to track items and submittals.
• Ensure accurate takeoffs for the project and collaborate on the project plan.
• Communicate information, solutions, and opportunities to the team.
