Job summary

Full Circle Flooring is seeking a Project Estimator for our Noblesville, IN on-site team. You will review project plans, perform site measurements, and develop detailed cost estimates to support commercial flooring installations.

You will collaborate with sales, design, and installation teams to ensure estimates align with project scope and client expectations, updating estimates with change orders as needed.

Qualifications

Role Description

The Project Estimator is a full-time, on-site role based in Noblesville, IN, responsible for preparing accurate and timely estimates for commercial flooring projects. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing project plans and specifications, performing site measurements, and analyzing materials, labor, and installation requirements to develop detailed cost estimates. The role involves collaborating with sales, design, and installation teams to ensure estimates align with project scope and customer expectations, as well as updating estimates based on change orders or new information. The Project Estimator will prepare proposals, maintain pricing and cost databases, track project budgets, and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and clients to support smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Cost Management and Budgeting skills to develop, track, and adjust project costs effectively.
• Construction Estimating and Project Estimation skills to review plans, perform takeoffs, and produce accurate quotes.
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customers in a clear and professional manner.
• Experience with flooring, construction, or related trades, including familiarity with materials, labor rates, and installation methods.
• Proficiency with estimation software, spreadsheets, and basic project management tools.
• High attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Noblesville, IN, including performing site visits and measurements when needed.
• Relevant education or training in construction management, estimating, business, or a related field is preferred.
