Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join a growing mechanical contracting team. This individual will lead estimating and bidding efforts for commercial and industrial HVAC, plumbing, and process piping projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate labor and material estimates for mechanical and plumbing projects.
• Manage bid processes, takeoffs, proposals, and scope reviews.
• Collaborate with preconstruction, business development, and project management teams.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings, job walks, and client discussions.
• Assist with value engineering, project budgets, and change order pricing.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of mechanical or plumbing estimating experience.
• Experience with Design-Build, Design-Assist, and Plan & Spec projects.
• Proficiency with estimating software, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
• Trimble AutoBid experience preferred.
• Experience estimating complex commercial or industrial projects such as healthcare facilities, data centers, laboratories, aerospace, or manufacturing facilities.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
