Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced Project Estimator to prepare accurate bids for commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. The role focuses on site development, excavation, grading, underground utilities, stormwater systems, demolition, paving, and related civil construction activities.

You will collaborate with project managers, field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to develop profitable estimates and support project execution from bid through completion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years estimating experience in heavy civil construction, site development, or roadway/highway projects.
• Experience reviewing plans, specs, bid packages, and subcontractor/vendor proposals.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple bids and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Key Qualifications

• Strong ability to perform quantity takeoffs and develop comprehensive cost estimates
• Experience reviewing plans, specifications, bid packages, and subcontractor/vendor proposals
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 7:00/8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexibility required)
