Job summary

Standard Textile Co., Inc. in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Project Estimator for our Interiors Group. You will estimate costs from blueprints, prepare takeoffs, obtain vendor quotes, and assemble project files to serve internal and external customers.

The role requires an associate degree (or equivalent), 1–3 years estimating experience, and solid Excel skills. Hybrid schedule includes in-office on Tue-Thu with additional on-site days during training.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years estimating experience.
• Intermediate MS Excel knowledge.
• Hybrid schedule includes in-office work on Tuesdays - Thursdays; additional onsite days may be required during training.

The Project Estimator will calculate costs of projects based on blueprints and/or specifications for our Interiors Group.

• Accurately estimate cost of projects using Excel, Bluebeam Revu, Procore or other provided forms for internal and external customers on a timely basis
• Prepare takeoffs from blueprints or specifications to determine quantities and treatments required for projects
• Obtain vendor quotes and material costs from internal or external suppliers
• Prepare project files and serve as a resource to internal and/or external customers
