Job summary

PuroClean Certified Restoration Specialist of Auburn is seeking a Project Estimator to manage production crews, evaluate restoration projects, and write detailed proposals. You will scope water, fire, mold and biohazard damage, secure contracts, and drive customer satisfaction with a world-class service level.

As part of a One Team culture, you will coordinate with the project manager, production team and administration to ensure timely, accurate work and a professional job site.

Qualifications

• Experience in water, fire, mold and biohazard mitigation and clean up.
• Understanding of estimating and scoping a project.
• Understanding of safety guidelines and ability to manage risk.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and documentation skills.
• Coordinate with project manager, production team and administration.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Managing Customer Satisfaction and representing the brand
• Oversee all aspects of the production processes and customers’ needs
• Identify areas for improvement and manage relationships with centers of influence
• Manage production, pricing schedules, estimate details & coordinating with GM/Owner
• Leave jobsites with an orderly appearance and follow uniform and policy guidelines
• Communicate and manage customer concerns with GM/Owner effectively
• Maintain cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standard
• Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow technicians

Job Position Description:

With a 'One Team' mentality, manage production crews and job assignments as assigned while following PuroClean production guidelines. Evaluate, Estimate and secure restoration projects. Scope water, fire, mold and biohazard projects determining the amount of damage and degree of mitigation needed. Write up proposals, successfully sell the project and obtain customers commitment with signed contract. Ensure all proposals are accurate and detailed while addressing customers needs and concerns. Work with project manager and administration to ensure work is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
