Job summary

PuroClean is seeking a Project Estimator to manage production crews, evaluate and estimate restoration projects, and secure contracts. You will scope water, fire, mold, and biohazard projects, determine required mitigation, write proposals, and secure customer commitments with signed contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience in water, fire, mold and biohazard mitigation and cleanup.
• Understanding of estimating and scoping a project.
• Understanding of safety guidelines and ability to manage risk.
• Detail oriented with strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate with Project manager, production team and administration.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer satisfaction and representing the brand.
• Oversee all aspects of production processes and customers’ needs.
• Identify areas for improvement and manage relationships with centers of influence.
• Manage production, pricing schedules, estimate details & coordinating with GM/Owner.
• Ensure jobsites have orderly appearance and follow uniform and policy guidelines.
• Communicate and manage customer concerns with GM/Owner effectively.

Job Position Description:

With a ‘One Team’ mentality, manage production crews and job assignments as assigned while following PuroClean® production guidelines. Evaluate, Estimate and secure restoration projects. Scope water, fire, mold and biohazard projects determining the amount of damage and degree of mitigation needed. Write up proposals, successfully sell the project and obtain customers commitment with signed contract. Ensure all proposals are accurate and detailed while addressing customers needs and concerns. Work with project manager and administration to ensure work is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Our Estimators take pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world class level of service which sets us apart from our competitors in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Managing Customer Satisfaction and representing the brand

• Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow technicians

Qualifications:

• Experience in water, fire, mold and biohazard mitigation and clean up
• Understanding of estimating and scoping a project.
• Understanding of safety guidelines and ability to manage assess risk.
• Detailed oriented with strong communication and documentation skills.
• Effectively coordinate with Project manager, production team and administration.
• Strength in team building and establishing lasting relationships with clients and teammates

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
