Job summary

OnePointe Solutions in Elgin, TX is seeking a Project Estimator to determine project timelines, labor needs, materials, budgets, and potential setbacks. You will analyze requirements, assess cost drivers, and develop detailed material and labor estimates for large commercial projects.

The role requires strong financial and project management knowledge, excellent math and IT skills, and the ability to work with vendors and stakeholders. Full-time position with travel as needed.

• Developing and maintaining relationships with company vendors and contractors
• Managing bids from vendors and contractors.
• Using bid data to prepare detailed a cost analysis.
• Presenting prepared estimates to management and other stakeholders.
• Compiling and recording actual costs.

Job Location: Elgin, TX 78621. Position Type: Full Time. Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 Salary/year.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• 2-3 years of prior experience in finance, cost accounting, or another project management-related experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
• Experience quoting metal cabinetry or plam cabinetry for large commercial projects.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
