Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years of engineering leadership experience required.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets.
• Knowledge of meat processing industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop preliminary designs and cost estimates for engineering and materials.
• Conduct feasibility studies to ensure viable, cost-effective designs.
• Determine design criteria and create as-built drawings to document outcomes.
• Review projects and guide vendors and contractors.
• Coordinate schedules with plant personnel, vendors, and engineers to implement plans.
• Prepare reports and manage budget activities to support project goals.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and vendor contacts.
• Continuously improve robotic and controls knowledge for innovative solutions.
