Must Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer.
• 5+ years experience with MicroStation, Geopak (or Open Roads), and TxDOT procedures.
• Effective communication skills.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with MicroStation ORD.
• Experience with large-scale TxDOT projects.
• Advanced skills in specialized software.
• Technical training experience.
