Education & Experience Required:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business or an equivalent level of work experience. Three to five years of professional level experience minimum.

Technical Skills

• Supply chain theory & terminology w/ basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of other functions that provide input regularly, i.e., Product Development, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations. Must have the ability to learn and do quality analysis
• Demonstrated excellent project management skills, team leadership skills, and excellent communication skills
• Must be very customer focused and can drive change throughout the enterprise effectively. Must be able to manage risk and ambiguity on a project
