The Tepa Companies are seeking a Project Engineer - Structural to perform structural engineering design tasks such as load determinations, code research, structural design calculations, and drafting in CAD and Revit, under the supervision of a licensed PE. Responsibilities include assisting in developing construction documents and coordinating construction administration tasks, including field measurements, calculations, and drafting.
This role is intended for May 2025 college graduates who majored in an applicable field. As Tepa continues to grow, we are focusing on hiring recent graduates to begin their careers with opportunities for hands-on learning, mentorship, and growth within the company. This is an entry-level position that does not require previous experience but does require completed education in the discipline.
