Responsibilities

• Assists project manager to ensure project timelines and requirements are met.
• Reviews job cost, status, manpower, and change order reports.
• Communicates with project managers, superintendents, and contractors.
• Coordinates manpower and equipment for jobs.
• Conducts weekly job-site visits and meetings.
• Assists with job setup and contract reviews.
• Generates project reports and attends management meetings.
• Tracks submittals and generates purchase orders.
