TP Mechanical in Columbus, Ohio, is looking for a Project Engineer to support mechanical construction projects. Qualifications
Minimum 1-year mechanical experience and/or related educational background.
Able to walk job sites.
Valid Driver’s License.
OSHA 10 Construction card/certificate.
Responsibilities
Assists project manager to ensure proper timelines and project requirements.
Reviews job cost, job status, manpower, and change order reports.
Communicates and troubleshoots with project management team.
Assists with coordination of manpower and equipment for each job.
Conducts weekly job-site visits and job meetings.
Generates project manager reports and attends project management meetings.
Tracks submittals, generates purchase orders, and negotiates subcontracts.
Skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Knowledge of general plumbing and piping installation
Good math ability

Education
